18 Gauge steel chain ladder tested up to 1000 lbs. Window width should be a minimum of 13' wide - 11-1/2' wide rungs. Made for standard wall thickness between 5' to 9-1/2' deep (inside wall to outside wall). Designed for quick & easy deployment with tangle free steel link chains. Ladders store easily. 8 pairs of stand offs included to keep ladder away from building for easy footing. Stand offs MUST be assembled prior to use. Simply screw them into selected, pre-drilled rungs. Adjustable positioning of the stand offs can help avoid windows beneath. Ladders can be used more than once allowing for fire drills.
